Privacy notice
What we collect when you write to us, and what we do with it.
Oliyon Research is a research arm of the Oliyon group, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This notice covers the website oliyonresearch.com and oliyonresearch.in. Each tool (Nigandu, Suzhi) has its own account system and its own notice, shown when you register there.
What we collect
- Enquiry form. Your name, email address, the topic you choose, your message, and, if you give them, your phone number and affiliation.
- Email. Whatever you send to connect@oliyon.in.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records the usual request details (IP address, page requested, browser type, time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to identify you.
What we do with it
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. If you propose a collaboration or offer a text, we may keep the correspondence for as long as that work is live.
How the form reaches us
The enquiry form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service that passes your message to connect@oliyon.in. FormSubmit does not store your message after delivery. Our email is hosted on Google Workspace.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to connect@oliyon.in and we will act within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it.
